I guess I can’t stop dreaming. 😂 Ever since I stepped foot on a stage, I fell in love with singing, and I convinced myself that there is nothing else I can possibly do.

This song is not really about proving myself to my hometown, as the lyrics “I’ll never go home ‘till my hometown’s playing my song on the radio,” would suggest. It’s really about proving myself to myself, because when you have the bad habit of dreaming big, you also have the burden of figuring out how to make those dreams come true. I’m still working on that last part.

I got the band together to perform a Live - In Studio Version at the famous & historic Cove City Sound Studios in Glen Cove NY. Legends like Celine Dion, Billy Joel, Alicia Keys have all recorded in this room!

I ❤️ this song so much. As the first introduction to my new album, it sets the tone for the vibe I was going for when I first spoke to my producer, Pat Hanlin, about the project. I wanted this record to feel big and powerful, but also raw and organic. I wanted it to feel like it was a bunch of guys in a room vibing off of each other, and thats just how we recorded the whole thing. To me it feels big and powerful, but it also takes you in close.
